What are Stories?

The Stories tab is a new edition to Chandler Paul, it is a space for all news for the company, and also serves as a space to share works of literature from affiliated authors.

Can i cancel or modify my order?

Order cancelations or modifications can be initiated by contacting us via email at chandlerpaul.shop@gmail.com. Please include the order number along with your name and delivery address.

Please allow 7 to 10 days for your refund to be processed.

Custom, 1 0f 1, or made to order items cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded if you need assistance with said item please see the Product Care page.

How do i return an item?

How can i track my order?

Chandler Paul will send you several emails during the order process to keep you informed on the status of your order.

All orders take around 1 to 2 days of processing time, this time may increase during holidays periods.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has shipped, this will include order specifications, order number, and tracking number.
